Which size fleece collar should I order?
You need to measure the collar that your dog is wearing at present - this will give you a guidline as to what size is suitable. Make sure that this "old" collar is fitted correctly before you take if off (ie. can you slide two fingers flat between the collar and its neck?) and then measure it.
If the "old" collar has a plastic clip, measure from the end of one clip to half way up the other clip.
If it is fastened by a metal buckle, measure from the hole that you usually use to the centre of the buckle (where the metal prong is).
Do not worry if you find you have ordered the wrong size - we will exchange it for a bigger or smaller size at no extra charge (as long as the label is still attached). We do not charge for the extra cost of P&P.
